- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Exceptional communication and grammar skills
- Ability to write simple correspondence, such as maps, directions, etc.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving records
- Some travel is required, including overnight on occasion
- Computer literacy - preferred experience in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must be driven and able to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Have talent in sales and experience in customer service
- Background in Automotive / Diesel Field a plus - but not required
